Standardization + Modularity of Stents

 To cope with the diversity of distributed PV module arrays and angles, each array needs to be individually designed, and the specifications of the profiles will be very numerous, and the design, production, packaging, transportation, and installation will be cumbersome. For this reason, Caesar has launched the standardization and modularization of the racking solution.

• When the purlin span is 2525mm, the length of cantilever is 830~870mm.

• When purlin span is less than 2525mm, the length of cantilever is about L/3 of span length.

• Purlin is divided into 3750/3300/2200 three specifications, according to the number of components in accordance with the above table to choose the corresponding purlin specifications

Bracket Bezel Integration Program

In low load areas, traditional bracket purlins are continuous and overstrength. Caesar's newly developed bracket side frame integrated solution purlins are discontinuous, making full use of the strength of the side frames themselves to achieve fast installation and significant cost savings.

Quick Mount Suspension Bracket

The application of household micro power station is becoming more and more widespread. Caesar has developed the fast mounting suspension bracket, which can be applied to wall (fixed by expansion bolts), fence (fixed by adjustable fence hooks), fence (fixed by fence hooks) and other occasions. And the PV module can be changed to a variety of angles.
